Information the site is designed to receive

The inquiry form can receive a name, email address, optional phone number, selected bird, inquiry type, message, and the page where the inquiry began. Portal accounts are manually created for authorized operators.

How the implementation uses information

Inquiry details are designed to be stored in Supabase and emailed to the configured Heartwings recipient through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is designed to help screen automated submissions. The site does not include advertising trackers in this build.

Service providers in this build

• Cloudflare for website hosting and bot verification
• Supabase for authentication, database records, and bird-image storage
• Resend for delivery of inquiry notifications

The owner should review each provider’s current terms, data-processing options, and geographic settings before publishing this notice.

Retention, access, and deletion

A retention period and a verified process for access, correction, and deletion requests have not yet been supplied. The owner should define those policies and add a monitored privacy contact before launch.
